Kim Bennett, founder of Riverwest Digital
MetroWest, Massachusetts

Hi, I'm Kim. I make websites for small businesses, one at a time, from a kitchen table in MetroWest.

Twenty years inside Boston agencies (Hill Holliday, Mullen, Isobar) working on the brands you've heard of. Riverwest Digital is the smaller version of all that. One person, no junior account managers, no bloated agency overhead. Built to actually make the phone ring.

Brands I'm helping shape.

Currently working with three startups in discovery. Local small business case studies coming through the door this summer.

What you get

Everything a small business actually needs to be online.

No bloated 12-page builds. No discovery decks that take three months and deliver a PowerPoint. A sharp site, the lead capture to feed it, and a real person watching the dashboard.

01

A custom website

Designed for your business, not a template. Mobile-first, fast, accessible. Up to 6 pages.

02

Lead capture

Smart forms, booking, click-to-call, email automation. Every visit has a way to turn into a customer.

03

Monthly reporting

A short, plain-English report every month. Traffic, leads, top pages, what's working, what we'd try next.

04

Ongoing maintenance

Hosting, backups, security, content updates, image swaps. You email, I handle it. Usually same day.

Availability

Not currently taking new projects.

All my focus is on clients already in progress. Check back soon — or send a note to hello@riverwestdigital.com and I'll let you know when a spot opens.

About

Twenty years inside the agencies. Now, one person from MetroWest.

I spent two decades inside Boston ad agencies as a senior digital producer. Hill Holliday, Mullen/MullenLowe, Isobar, MMB, PJA. National client work spanning JetBlue, the Department of Defense, and consumer brands big enough that you've definitely seen the campaigns.

Most of what makes a modern small business show up well online, I've shipped at some scale. NYU Journalism, cum laude, before all of that.

Riverwest Digital is the smaller package built on top of all that. One person, no agency layers, based in MetroWest, Massachusetts, working with local businesses near and far. The same care that went into a multi-million-dollar campaign goes into your site. That's the whole pitch.

FAQ

The honest answers.

Why so much cheaper than other agencies? +

One person, no offices, no junior account managers, no slide decks. No agency overhead means straightforward, honest pricing — without the layers baked in to pay for conference rooms nobody uses.

What if I already have a website? +

I can rebuild it (recommended), or pick up maintenance only. Maintenance-only starts at $199/mo after a one-time $250 audit so I know what I'm inheriting.

Do I own the website? +

Yes. Domain, content, design files. If you ever leave, I hand everything off cleanly within 7 days.

Do you do e-commerce? +

Small storefronts, yes (Stripe or Shopify Lite). Full multi-thousand-product catalogs are outside my scope, and I'll tell you up front if that's you.

Do I need to be in Massachusetts? +

Not at all. I work with businesses anywhere in the U.S. Most of our communication is async (email, short videos), with calls when they actually help.

What if I want to cancel the Care Plan? +

30 days notice and you're out, with a clean handoff of everything. I'd rather you stay because it's working, not because you're stuck.
